The mission of St. Vincent's House focuses on the needs of a forgotten people: the working poor and those persons moving from Welfare to work. St. Vincent's House provides comprehensive social service ministry and community outreach programs for the entire family. Situated in a neighborhood where the average income is well below $10,000, our services at St. Vincent's House are targeted to help the growing number of families and individuals who are working at minimum wage, seasonal or part-time low paying jobs and do not have any benefits.
