PASAN's mission is to empower disenfranchised children and families for gaining greater access to educational opportunities. PASAN was founded on the belief and philosophy that all children are capable of succeeding according to their individual potential. The key is to determine each child's potential and to structure learning opportunities that will help him/her reach that potential. Parents know their children and their potential better than anyone else. That's why we consider parental involvement to be so important to a child's success in school.
