Services Provided at Morrison County HRA Housing Authority: Administers federal rental assistance programs and affordable apartments for low income families, elderly residents and persons with disabilities. HUD assists the housing authority by providing Housing Choice Vouchers, aka Section 8 vouchers, for residents to find their own places and us the vouchers for rent assistance. Currently homeless with 3 children due to my landlord illegally evicting me and removed my belongings from the home. I took him to court and suppose to be legally let back in the home,but since then he removed water meter and plowed snow up against the door blocking me from entering.
