Mission Statement The Fairfield-Suisun Community Action Council, Incorporated is a 501 (c) (3), non-profit, public service and community based organization that serves the Fairfield/Suisun area by providing direct human and social services to the general public. In addition, our on going mission, is to improve the way in which we deliver these services, to make every effort to better prepare and educate our consumers, while increasing public awareness of our agency and our client?s needs.
