MISSION STATEMENT Community Action Committee of Cape Cod and Islands, Inc. is committed to providing services to help empower and improve the lives of low-income residents of Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket counties in Massachusetts by providing resources and self-advocacy skills to attain and support self-sufficiency.
